"AdhereTB" app (hereinafter referred to as the "App") is the property of the LEPL L. Sakvarelidze National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (ID/N 211324351) of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Affairs of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as "We"/"Us"/"Our").
This Privacy Policy states to what extent and under what conditions it processes personal data with regard to the use of the "AdhereTB" app, how we collect, use and process the personal data of our App and also informs users about the rules that the user must follow in order to use the "AdhereTB" application.
The app is prompted to allow its users to safely store and use the information and material registered, to display the required data and to see the registered data on the screen in the appropriate electronic format.

After user is registered in the app by us, by attending physician or supervising nurse, the user can add information and material regarding the intake of medical drugs, which is stored on the secured database of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Affairs of Georgia and its legal entities of public law.
The installation and use of this app are voluntary and free of charge. This data is only shared with the user's attending physician or supervising nurse, except for us. This data is not shared with any other third parties by us.
