Based on this, as a campaign slogan we cleverly chose a widely known aphorism, dating back to the 12th century, by a prominent Georgian poet Shota Rustaveli - “What you give, you get in return”.
And especially for this campaign, we tweaked it a little, by portraying the cashback percentage offered by merchants as the thing our customers will be getting back in return. Since Shota Rustaveli happens to be depicted on one of the Georgian banknotes,
We decided to make him the main protagonist of our story. In the ad, he wanders around the city as an origami money man, completely lost. With this story, we wanted to demonstrate how easy it is to lose a ton of money if you don't activate the Liberty cashback program.
After the launch of the new promotion, many customers nearly missed out, but as a surprise, Liberty Bank gave cashback to 8000 individuals, who had lost money during the first few days of the new program.
Liberty Bank is fully dedicated to safely returning the money its customers would have lost otherwise. But for them to work their magic, you must not forget to activate the promotion within the app first! After that, it's smooth sailing, because your refunds won't ever get lost and will appear on your account right away!
